placemaking

PAUA’S WORK IS ULTIMATELY ABOUT PLACEMAKING.

Our most important goal is to create a sense of pride, identity, and belonging with a place. Placemaking requires a long-term view.

We find that each of our clients have an interest in investing in their 'place', whether that is a home for their family, a Marae for their whānau, a workplace for their business, or a neighbourhood or town that they are proud to be a part of.

testimonials

“It was a pleasure to work with PAUA Architects on our Perry Bridge project. We were delighted by their enthusiasm, creativity and professionalism, and the way they were able to use their passion to influence the wider team. The bridge has become an iconic feature on the Waikato River landscape and the PAUA touches are what take it from just a regular bridge, to something with amazing impact.”
